Return Policy
Products purchased through the website cannot be returned through Topface branches under any circumstances.
The allowed return period is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The refund will be transferred to the customer’s account within 1–5 business days from the date the shipping company receives the product.
The return policy does not include the following:
Gifts provided with orders
Samples
Products purchased from other applications or websites are subject to the return and exchange policy of the platform they were purchased from.
Orders from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain are not eligible for return.
The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened or used products.

 Order Exchange
Steps to request an exchange at Topface Makeup:
Submit a return request by contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram (Topface company accounts).
Provide the order number.
A courier will contact you to collect the product and deliver the replacement item.
